WILL BROCKLEBANK
When I was 14 I was lucky enough to be given the equipment for a dark-room in my home and I have been a passionate amateur photographer ever since. I was a long time Canon shooter until their noisy high ISO performance and auto-focus issues using fast primes (on my 5D) nudged me into the arms of a Nikon D3. It was painful, particularly parting with my Canon EF 85 mm F1.2 L. I’ve since moved through a D750, the sugar-high but under-nourishing experience of Pro iPhones and have finally landed on a Leica M11-D. With no rear screen, a single 35mm f1.4 lens and the viewfinder, it’s a gloriously old-school experience that I’m loving.
Inspired by coastal landscapes, textures and sky silhouettes.
